How do I order from Yes Is Sexy?

Simple, select a category from our extensive list and browse until you find the toy(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have added your item(s) to your shopping cart you may then continue to our secure checkout where you will be asked to provide address, billing and contact information. Our system will then ask you for your credit card details.

Our real-time shipping calculates a list of available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery date. After you have made you selection, you will be asked to verify your order and then submit your order.

Once your secure online payment has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email and order receipt. Your package will arrive within shipping time frame indicated at checkout. .

Does Yes Is Sexy ship to countries outside of the USA?

Yes Is Sexy currently only accepts orders from within the USA.

Does Yes Is Sexy offer FREE Shipping?

We do not currently offer free shipping, but we do select the least expensive shipping method available. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground and will arrive anywhere from 5-10 days for the continental United States and 7-15 days for Alaska, Hawaii and all other rural shipping areas of the country.

How is my order kept discreet and private?

All information given to Yes Is Sexy via electronic commerce, email or direct contact is kept secure and is not shared with anyone outside our organization. Order information is kept only for internal use and support issues.

All orders purchased through Yes Is Sexy are billed to your credit card and shipped discreetly to the address you provide.

All orders are shipped in plain white or brown boxes or FedEx or UPS Express packages with absolutely no mention of the inside contents and the outside of the package. You will be provided a tracking number and updates via email.

How do I return a defective product?

For sanitary/hygienic purposes and the intimate nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to return or exchange products unless defective or factory sealed. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item or a full refund within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. If your item is defective we will send you a RMA form with a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back to us.

What types of payment does Spice Sensuality accept?

Spice Sensuality currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards as payment options as well as PayPal.
