Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges will be added to each order at checkout.
All packages will be shipped via USPS unless there is a less expensive option. We will provide you with tracking information at the time of shipment. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for details.
We are not currently able to offer international shipping.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages. This is true for packages delivered to or returned by the customer. If you do receive a package that is damaged or that appears to have been opened, please file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier and notify us at the time you file your claim.
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted on open merchandise, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
No returns will be accepted on sale items.
Items with manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. We can either replace the item with no additional shipping charges, or we can issue a full refund which would include the cost of return shipping. Refunds and replacement items will only be processed after the defective item is returned.
We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages. This is true for packages delivered to or returned by the customer. Occasionally, packages do get lost or damaged during shipping, so we strongly recommend that your return packages be fully insured. We also recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx so that you can provide proof of delivery for your protection.
